A comprehensive Project Management Plan outlining implementation methodology, timeline, milestones, dependencies, risk management strategies, and communication protocols. Post Go–Live Support. Installation and implementation of the software. Human Resources and Payroll. Support for Service–Oriented Architecture, Specific Web Services. Standards supported (e.g., WSDL, REST, JSON), Server Virtualization, etc. Support for remote access technologies and encryption (VPN, synchronization, etc.). Financial Management (general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, purchasing, budgeting, grants). Development and implementation of required system integrations with third–party applications (e.g., banking, payment processing, court systems, GIS, timekeeping, etc.). Support for system go–live, including on–site or remote assistance during initial operations. A defined stabilization period to address post–implementation issues, system tuning, and user support.
