(1) Vendor needs to provide financial services enterprise resource planning re–implementation services.– Implementing workday enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for governmental or private–sector entities of comparable size and complexity to the County.– Provide evidence of a documented record of success in implementing Workday ERP systems.– Provide leadership academy services through coordinated trainings, retreats, assessments, and other professional development.– Requires full accrual for government–wide financial statements, proprietary funds, and fiduciary funds. – Evaluate grant set–up, tracking, reporting, and posting rules to ensure accounting for grants is accurate and best practices are being used.– Operational configuration in the business assets module needs reevaluation, including the setup of spend categories, asset book rules, and review of business asset related business processes.– Develop a library of financial reports necessary for producing fund financial statements, budget to actual reports, accounts receivable details, accounts payable details, fund balance schedule for governmental funds, grants reports.– Develop strategies tailored to each situation's unique requirements.– Design and facilitate group alignment meetings that solicit ideas and feedback to help financial services and information technology teams make critical decisions.– Maintaining the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, and impartiality while providing services.– Develop a manual in an accessible, user–friendly format suitable for use as a reference and guide for future use.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
