(1) Vendor needs to provide financial budgeting and forecasting tool. – Provide modern, flexible budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting solution to strengthen financial management and accountability across the provincial health system. – This system will replace fragmented and largely manual processes with a unified, automated solution that enhances data accuracy, improves efficiency, and supports evidence–based financial decision–making. – Provide near real–time financial insight through automation and data integration, enabling proactive decision–making and faster responses to funding or service delivery changes. – Equip financial and operational leaders with intuitive tools and reports that promote accountability, align resource allocation with service needs, and facilitate compliance with provincial summary budget requirements. – Deploy a flexible solution capable of evolving with organizational restructuring, policy changes, and technology advancements, supported by a vendor with a proven track record in healthcare financial systems.
