(1) Vendor needs to provide financial budgeting and forecasting software. • Solution scalable and user–friendly financial budgeting and forecasting software solution to replace the current enterprise performance management (EPM) planning software. • Capability to deploy flexible workflows (e.g.: parallel, ad–hoc, etc). • Provide a user–friendly workflow interface to deploy workflows for specific functions. • Build a custom transfer workflow that allow senders to cancel transfers before they are accepted by recipients. • Provide a workflow to support license/access/permission request, approval and confirmation • Provide ability for users to see the status of assigned workflow items. • Provide functionality for user tagging within comments or workflows, with system–generated notifications • Track changes between versions and highlight those change within the user interface • Ability to administer workflow on behalf of users as a central workflow administrator (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Nov 28, 2025.
