A government authority in New York is seeking a consultant to provide annual financial audit and related services. The consultant will conduct audits in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Standards, as established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Government Auditing Standards published by the United States General Accounting Office, as well as other relevant authoritative guidance.

Each audit is to be completed annually, with draft financial statements made available to the Trust no later than September 15 of each calendar year during the contract term. Additionally, the consultant will be expected to discuss audit progress and accounting policy matters with the organization's management. The contract period will span three years.
