The scope encompasses system platforms, software, cloud-based infrastructure, implementation services for full deployment, and ongoing support. The environment requires compatibility with Intel-based platforms running Windows 10 or higher, and end-user support is centralized and available 24x7x365.

The desired solution should feature a flexible chart of accounts setup, detailed general ledger for investment and administrative finances, accounts payable and receivable modules, and robust integration with external systems. Key system capabilities include reconciliation processes, standard financial reporting, budget tracking, and procurement management, as well as workflow automation.

For the data repository and analysis component, the chosen system should provide scalable and flexible data storage, management, and document access. Advanced data search, calculation, analysis, tabular reporting, visualization, and external integration are required. The financial accounting system must include modules for data entry and edit controls, document management, report design and generation, contact directory and correspondence management, chart of accounts management, general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and fixed asset tracking. The contract period will be three years.
