(1) Vendor needs to provide finance ERP software. • Comprehensive township financial software system fully integrated solution that supports the township's core financial operations and has the potential to streamline project accounting, payroll, accounts payable, and employee resource planning • Streamline operations • Enhances internal workflow and customer service • Core Financials: General ledger, purchasing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipting, and budgeting • Project Accounting: Tracking capital and departmental projects with budgets, expenses, and reporting • Reporting: Robust reporting features with ad hoc capabilities, dashboards, and alert tools • Payroll: Including time tracking, leave management, employee self–service, and state/federal compliance, compensation planning, reporting and analytics • Human Resource Planning: benefits enrollment, onboarding, reporting and analytics (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Feb 13, 2026.
