Replace its existing finance and HRIS systems with a modern, integrated software solution. Improve operational efficiency, enhance reporting capabilities, and support future scalability. The project encompasses multiple modules, including payroll, property taxes, core finance system and general ledger, financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, point of sale, and HRIS functionalities. Provide a comprehensive solution that meets the functional and technical requirements of one or more projects outlined in the accompanying documentation. Modern financial management system with a comprehensive general ledger that supports fund accounting and full audit trails. Provide robust management and streamline the accounts payable process with automation functionalities. Provide tools to manage receivables, including billing, collections, and customer account tracking. The Learning Management System (LMS) must support the assignment and tracking of training courses, certifications, and role– based learning paths, with automated notifications for deadlines and expirations. Track and manage all employee Employment data through a centralized system.
