The selected contractor will be responsible for establishing and staffing six information booths with a total of twelve personnel at agency facilities, as well as deploying approximately twenty roaming staff members in high-traffic areas.

Personnel will provide general, high-level assistance to the public in walking areas surrounding event locations, supplying wayfinding support such as directions to facilities, venues, transportation access points, and relevant resources. Responsibilities also include promoting and facilitating the use of transportation-related tools, disseminating publicly available information, guiding event visitors to QR codes provided by the agency, and providing basic technical assistance with accessing these resources on personal devices.

The vendor must further support accessibility initiatives, including familiarity with navigation tools such as Navi Lens, and offer interpreter services via cell phone or smart devices as needed. The initial contract will be for one year. A pre-bid meeting will be held on March 18, 2026, and all questions must be submitted by March 20, 2026.
