A government authority in Santa Monica, California is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive fiber optic infrastructure services. The scope of work includes underground utility construction such as excavation, trenching and backfilling in both public rights-of-way and private properties. Building cabling work involves installation of fiber infrastructure within commercial, residential, and municipal buildings. Tasks include coring, fire-sealing, and installing conduit through walls, ceilings, and rooftops. Vendors must install junction boxes, racks, patch panels, and wall/floor-mounted cabinets in telecom rooms, and coordinate with building owners and tenants to minimize disruption and ensure compliance with building codes. All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by March 11, 2026.
