The selected consultant will conduct a comprehensive fee study service for a government authority located in Los Angeles, California. The scope includes analyzing individual services and their associated costs, encompassing direct costs, indirect costs, and expenses. The final deliverables will include a detailed narrative report outlining the fee assessment process and approach in PDF format.
Additionally, the consultant will provide a comparative survey detailing how other jurisdictions in California structure fees for similar home key programs, addressing oversight, service provision, and best practices for cost recovery. The contract is set for a one-year period, and all vendor questions must be submitted by March 23, 2026.
