DESCRIPTION

The vendor will develop, produce, manage, and distribute a professionally produced audio and video public affairs podcast focused on constitutional federalism, intergovernmental governance, and state leadership. The podcast is intended to serve as a strategic institutional tool supporting efforts to strengthen constitutional federalism, improve intergovernmental understanding, and encourage constructive interstate dialogue and collaboration among state leaders, scholars, practitioners, and policy experts.

The selected vendor will be responsible for concept development, branding, hosting, guest recruitment and scheduling, recording, editing, distribution, audience development, marketing, social media promotion, analytics, and related operational functions. Responsibilities will include establishing the podcast format, managing production, developing a guest network, publishing and distributing episodes, creating supplemental content, and implementing audience growth and promotional activities. Sponsorship development may also be included if approved.

The contract period will be one year. All questions must be submitted by September 28, 2026, and proposals are due by October 5, 2026.
