The selected vendor will provide comprehensive federal grants management consulting services to a government authority in Miami, Florida. Services include the development of policies and procedures tailored to grant awards, with a focus on internal controls, compliance oversight, cost tracking, and reimbursement processes.

The consultant will manage subaward processes, including preparing justifications for sole source procurement or exemptions from federal procurement regulations. Responsibilities also involve monitoring subrecipients, vendors, and partners, identifying corrective actions, and supporting reimbursement preparation. Oversight for all financial reporting and the organization of accounting records is required.

Additionally, the consultant will prepare all required financial and performance reports for submission to the agency and the Department of Emergency Management. Participation in meetings and coordination with stakeholders—such as agencies, state entities, vendors, and partners—will be necessary. Services further include preparation of grant close-out documentation, financial reconciliation, audit support, and coordination of appeals preparation.
