(1) Vendor needs to provide feasibility study service to the government authority located in New Braunfels, TX. – Provide Architectural/Engineering services needed to develop a Feasibility Study. – Identify and evaluate city–owned and privately owned property within the agency to determine the best available property or properties for the project to be constructed on. Properties should be evaluated on the following items, although the list should not be considered exhaustive: • Cost of property acquisition • Utility availability • Potential of utilizing multiple properties to accomplish all training needs • Evaluation of adjacent land uses’ compatibility with training needs – Provide a graphic timeline and project schedule with key milestones identified. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 5, 2026.
