The government authority in Levelock, Alaska seeks a qualified vendor to conduct a feasibility study, design, and construction plan services for a green energy–fueled microgrid system. The scope includes designing and constructing microgrid systems and integrating renewable energy technology in remote environments to support comprehensive project planning, engineering, design, construction, and implementation across the agency.
The selected contractor will perform a full system assessment of the existing power station and its infrastructure, identify requirements for updates and repairs, and carry out planning and design work for the proposed microgrid system. The contractor is also expected to gather data on agency operations, equipment, services, and both near-term and long-term development plans, as well as market issues influencing the project. Additional responsibilities include developing detailed technical project descriptions, conducting on-site data collection, evaluating technical parameters and economic elements, and providing final engineering and design plans.
