The project further entails identifying accreditation requirements and feasible pathways for program expansion, encompassing evaluations of facility capacity, faculty resources, and financial stability. The vendor will be responsible for developing multi-year pro forma budgets detailing anticipated revenues, expenses, and exploring various funding sources, including tuition, grants, philanthropy, and potential partnerships. Attention will also be given to exploring how artificial intelligence (AI) tools might augment or assume tasks commonly performed by primary care physicians.

The successful respondent will provide actionable recommendations to improve program structure and alignment with future workforce needs, while proposing sustainable research funding models and strategies for effective collaboration with healthcare partners. The engagement also requires the creation of a communication and stakeholder strategy to ensure both internal and external alignment. Comprehensive data appendices, including workforce projections, competitive benchmarking, and detailed financial analyses, will support all recommendations.
