The government authority located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, is soliciting proposals for comprehensive food and beverage services for a farm show venue. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing an initial inventory of foodservice, kitchen, and catering loose equipment such as pots, pans, utensils, dishware, flatware, cash registers, and related office equipment.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate books and records for the concession, submitting reports covering revenues, customer counts, and other requested statistical data, and ensuring all menu items and prices are prominently displayed using professional materials. The vendor will also be in charge of janitorial and cleaning services for kitchen fixtures, equipment, storage, dining, condiment areas, as well as food service and preparation spaces. Further, the concessionaire should manage trash removal at special event locations and ensure the collection of recyclable beverage containers. Kitchen equipment requirements include, but are not limited to, freezers and fryers.

The contract duration will be for three years.
