(1) Vendor needs to provide fare collection system. – The system must have the capability to encrypt data transferred between application servers and database services. – The system must allow users to explicitly log out to terminate a session, – The system must enforce a session timeout after a configurable period of inactivity – The solution must have ability to capture detailed audit information, including what was changed, by whom and when. Describe how this function works within the solution. – Customers must have the ability to register for an account using a mobile app or customer web portal. – The mobile app must be available for Android and iOS and be compatible with the last two major versions of the associated operating system.
