(1) Vendor needs to provide fantasy of lights event services. – Contractor and technicians shall attend a pre–event meeting prior to starting event installation and setup with Staff to discuss and finalize an Annual NTP for the current year’s event. – Trouble–shooting and problem–solving issues related to the lighting, displays and equipment as they occur before, during and after the event – Providing of display maintenance and bulb replacement before, during and after the event (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 9, 2026. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on December 17, 2025.
