A vendor is sought to provide comprehensive event services for the Fantasy of Lights event in California. This includes the installation and setup of event lighting and displays, with the contractor and technicians required to attend a pre-event meeting with staff to discuss and finalize the annual Notice to Proceed for the current year's event.

The selected vendor will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to lighting, displays, and equipment before, during, and after the event. Additional duties include maintenance and replacement of bulbs and overall display upkeep throughout the event period. Contractors with experience in event lighting installation, maintenance, and technical support are encouraged to participate.
