The government authority in New Hampshire is seeking a vendor to provide statewide family and community support group coordinator services. The selected provider will be responsible for assisting a network of existing and new facilitators who serve families of individuals with Substance Use Disorders (SUD) and Co-Occurring mental health Disorders (COD). These services must offer opportunities for families to share personal experiences and coping strategies, and address the needs for additional support groups across the agency.
Responsibilities include determining the current status and gaps in support groups, conducting quarterly stakeholder meetings and focus groups either virtually or in person, and collaborating with facilitators and community partners to assess and improve service delivery. Outreach activities to increase engagement, recruitment for new group facilitators, and expanding groups in identified areas are also required.
