Search of a software solution that will enable the family resource centers to standardize referral information including the area of need, community resource agency, referral success, and relevant outcome measures and summaries. Ability for site users to input community organizations to track referrals. Ability to bucket referral types (housing, food assistance, medical, etc.). Ability for site users to input services the site completes and tracks with the family. Ability to bucket service types (housing, food assistance, medical, etc.). Ability to check against duplicative of families who may be already in the system (per site not statewide). Ability to input forms and assessments into the database. Ability to export data from the database. Ability for graphs and other graphics to be created as reports. System for sites to import the families and data they already have into the database.
