The government authority in Centralia, Washington is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive improvements at the Fairgrounds Friendly Ville site. The scope of work includes the installation of silt fences, inlet protection, and other best management practices (BMPs) as outlined in project documents. The contractor is responsible for maintaining access throughout construction and restoring all disturbed areas upon completion, as well as verifying the location and depth of all utilities before commencing work.

Demolition tasks involve removing and salvaging existing luminaires for county storage, as well as removing fencing sections and water valve components as specified. The contractor will also need to relocate the existing electrical panel outside paving limits, with all necessary excavation, trenching, utility exposure, and backfilling to facilitate county-installed electrical conduit and wiring.

Drainage and stormwater improvements include installing a two-foot-wide conveyance drain with perforated pipe and drain rock, installing a Contech StormFilter catch basin according to detail, constructing a 40' x 14' x 5' infiltration gallery with geotextile and drain rock, and installing observation wells and cleanouts as shown. Grading responsibilities comprise performing minor grade adjustments to maintain sheet flow and support surface improvements, as well as compacting subgrade and rock sections to 95% Proctor and providing compaction reports. The contract period is for one year, with a pre-bid meeting scheduled and questions due prior to bid submission.
