An agricultural fair in Virginia is seeking a qualified provider to manage and operate its fair midway, including carnival rides, games, food concessions, and related services. The chosen provider will be responsible for furnishing, installing, operating, and maintaining all carnival attractions and concessions, while ensuring full compliance with Virginia Department of Labor and Industry (DOLI) regulations and amusement device inspections.

The selected vendor must supply trained staff in branded company apparel, including safety officers and on-site management, to ensure safe and orderly operations. Rides and games should be family-friendly, featuring transparent pricing and clear prize structures. Food concessions are expected to offer a diverse and reasonably priced menu. Additionally, the provider must keep the midway grounds clean and coordinate all setup and takedown activities with fair organizers.

The vendor will also be required to provide marketing materials, such as ride lists, photos, and pricing, ahead of the event to support promotional efforts. Daily gross revenue reports must be submitted, along with the agreed-upon revenue share for the Agency. All vendor inquiries should be submitted by November 10, 2025.
