An experienced vendor is sought to provide and operate carnival services for the 2026 County Fair in Oregon. The event will take place at the State Fairgrounds during the second week of July, from Thursday through Sunday.

The selected provider will be responsible for delivering all agreed-upon carnival attractions and activities in alignment with the fair's schedule. Required operational hours are Thursday from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. All services must be delivered in a manner that ensures safety, enjoyment, and smooth coordination with overall fair operations.
