(1) Vendor needs to provide faculty activity reporting, review, promotion and tenure solution. Agency is seeking a configurable, enterprise-level platform that supports comprehensive faculty activity reporting, integrates with banner, web of science, and other data sources and provides flexible, automated Review, Promotion and Tenure (RPT) workflows, evaluations, and documentation. Provide full implementation services, including data migration, training, and ongoing support, with the solution fully operational. Provide exchange–transfer–load (ETL) pipelines such as SFTP or RestAPI for automated upload of faculty activities from internal and external data sources. Software must be customizable and provide an easy–to–use interface for the creation of the range of RPT processes. Ability for faculty to upload activity from external scholarly databases. Automated packet and letter creation. Access for submission of confidential external faculty reviews. Emulation and proxy access for committees, faculty and evaluators. Report generation and queries for tracking faculty activity, workflow and evaluation results. Automated workflow and form generation from previous evaluation cycles. Audit activity logs for workflow. Archive of previous evaluation results, workflow and templates. Bulk automated import and export functions. The Faculty Activity Reporting (FAR) software must include the ability to report academic activities in the following categories: Teaching, clinical service and librarianship. Scholarship, research, commercialization and creative activities. Institutional, professional and community service. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 27, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
