(1) Vendor needs to provide FactoryXChange (FXC) platform as a service (PaaS) eCommerce solution. This platform aims to streamline the booking, payment and fulfilment of digital transformation services across Ireland and Europe, enhancing operational efficiency, compliance and scalability for multiple stakeholders including end clients, service providers, and administrators. Platform functions as a marketplace, featuring manual booking processes, spreadsheet–based inventory management and disjointed communication workflows. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 14, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
