A government authority in Maine is seeking facility management support services to ensure 24-hour, full-time personnel coverage from Monday to Friday throughout the year. Responsibilities include manning the front gate office during watch hours, controlling facility access, and monitoring security cameras as directed by the Facility Security Officer for any security breaches.

The contractor will perform regular safety and security rounds, monitor the fire detection system, manage identification badging for visitors and employees, maintain and update the daily personnel list, and provide security escorting for tours and events.
