Vendor needs to provide facility condition assessments services to the government authority located in Utah. Work collaboratively with staff to define priority factors (e.g., mission criticality, occupancy, safety, program impact). Develop a weighted scoring system for Asset Priority Index (API). Facilitate workshops or interviews with stakeholders to validate factors and weights. Provide a final API model and scoring template for use in future capital planning. Assess major building systems as applicable: Structural Components, Roofing & Building Envelope, HVAC Systems, Electrical Systems, Plumbing Systems, Fire Protection & Life Safety, Accessibility (ADA) Compliance, Site Infrastructure. All questions must be submitted no later than February 11, 2026.
