The government of Utah is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive facility condition assessment services. The selected vendor will collaborate with government staff to define priority factors such as mission criticality, occupancy, safety, and program impact. Developing a weighted scoring system for an Asset Priority Index (API) is a key component, and the vendor will facilitate workshops or interviews with stakeholders to validate these factors and assign appropriate weights.

The scope of work also includes delivering a final API model and a scoring template to support future capital planning efforts. In addition, the vendor will carry out detailed assessments of major building systems including structural components, roofing and building envelope, HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems, fire protection and life safety, ADA accessibility compliance, and site infrastructure. This initiative aims to enable informed decision-making and efficient resource prioritization for facility management across government properties.
