(1) Vendor needs to provide facility assessment and master plan development service to the government authority located in Westerville, OH. – Provide professional architectural and engineering design services. – The facility, assessing operational inefficiencies, identifying space utilization challenges, and developing a comprehensive master plan that will guide future improvements to optimize the facility for its intended municipal garage operations and support functions, while also considering surrounding site needs. – Provide professional services including facility assessment, space programming, conceptual design alternatives, cost estimating, and phasing recommendations.
