DESCRIPTION

A vendor is sought to provide fabrication and installation services for exterior graphic trailer wraps. This includes delivering full-color, digitally printed graphics in accordance with branding standards, logos, messaging concepts, and preliminary artwork files supplied. The wraps must utilize premium cast vinyl material with a protective overlaminate and be professionally installed, including all necessary surface preparation.

Materials must be commercial fleet-grade, UV-resistant, designed for heavy-duty outdoor fleet operations, and resistant to fading, peeling, cracking, and shrinking. Digital proofs must be submitted for approval before printing, and the vendor should accommodate minor revisions relating to color, logo branding, positioning, and other similar elements during the pre-production and production phases.

A pre-bid site visit is scheduled for June 12, 2026, and all questions related to the RFP must be submitted by that date.
