The sign package consists of eighteen low-profile markers and three pedestrian totem trailhead signs. All signs are to include images, text of up to 300 words, the 5th & Pleasant logo, and a locator map. The low-profile markers are approximately 80 inches high by 36 inches wide by 12 inches deep, with a graphic area of approximately 35 inches high by 40 inches wide. The pedestrian totem signs are approximately 88 inches high by 26 inches wide by 4 inches deep, with a graphic area of approximately 62 inches high by 26 inches wide, and a 24-inch transparent area between ground elevation and the wall as a safety feature.

A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for August 11, 2026. All questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.
