Vendor needs to provide external affairs strategic planning and alignment retreat service. Facilitator to lead a one-day (8-hour) strategic planning and alignment retreat which includes Marketing, Communications, and Customer Service/Experience. Work includes: reviewing key documents, synthesizing findings into a short summary of themes, challenges, and opportunities to inform retreat design. Within a single 8-hour day, the facilitator will lead the agency team through a structured agenda: review of agency’s 2026 goals and how External Affairs contributes, clarifying mission, scope & boundaries, review and refine agency organizational structure at a high level, identify core agency priorities for 2026 and map them against agency goals, agree on immediate next steps and owners, and provide a written summary of retreat outputs and recommended next steps.
