An organization in Louisiana is seeking a qualified facilitator to provide strategic planning and alignment retreat services for its External Affairs division, which encompasses Marketing, Communications, and Customer Service/Experience. The scope of work involves leading a one-day (8-hour) retreat designed to support the division’s strategic alignment with the agency’s goals.

Prior to the retreat, the facilitator will review key agency documents and synthesize their findings into a summary of relevant themes, challenges, and opportunities to inform the retreat’s design. During the retreat, the facilitator will guide participants through a structured agenda, including the review of agency 2026 goals, discussion of External Affairs’ contributions, clarification of mission and scope, assessment of organizational structure, and identification of core agency priorities for 2026.
