Vendor needs to provide external affairs strategic planning and alignment retreat facilitation services. – Lead a one–day (8–hour) strategic planning and alignment retreat for the External Affairs (EA) team, which includes Marketing, Communications, and Customer Service and Experience. – Review of agency’s 2026 goals and how External Affairs contributes. – Presentation of key themes from pre–retreat interviews and document review. – Clarify primary roles and responsibilities for each position. – Identify key decision rights (who decides / who is consulted / who is informed) for major EA domains (brand, campaigns, service changes, crisis comms, CX communications, analytics, etc.). – Provide a written summary of retreat outputs and recommended next steps. – Refine draft artifacts
