(1) Vendor needs to provide export management service. • Consulting representatives to manage all international export grant programs through the federally funded activities, including market access program (MAP), regional agriculture promotion program (RAPP), first trade promotion program (AFTPP), emerging marketing program (EMP), and quality samples program (QSP). • Manage financial resources, including processing receipts, invoices, and expense claims • Managing annual budget as allocated by grant funds • Assisting with strategic plan development taking part in representative meetings • Identifying new opportunities and synergies of international export markets • Managing annual budget as allocated by grant funds • Work directly with offices in targeted and future markets.
