(1) Vendor needs to provide expert professional community engagement support service. • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and project partners to gather feedback and develop action item priorities to help shape the project community engagement plan. • E–mail updates on the project to stakeholders • Virtual stakeholder engagement meetings on project updates, community benefits, and community input. • Email or social media outreach on the Projects. • Events focused on employment and training opportunities • Quarterly email updates on Projects • Developing engagement strategy and community participation plan, incorporate feedback and participation of local leaders familiar with the culture and needs of the community • Provide public outreach support and coordination with other agencies and program stakeholders.
