(1) Vendor needs to provide experiential marketing and outreach services– Agency deliver experiential marketing services to support public health campaigns. Services will be requested via Task Authorizations and may include in–person, virtual, and digital outreach activities.– Deliverables may include event planning, creative development, stakeholder engagement, and performance reporting.– Campaign topics include healthy living, substance use, food safety, and infectious diseases.– Experiential marketing is a marketing tactic that promotes campaign messaging and resources through interactive, experience–based events to a specific target group.– The Contractor will be responsible for developing and implementing agency campaign strategies and programs targeting multiple audiences, including the development and production of related creative assets and the evaluation and reporting of programs and activities– Strategic development and implementation of XM campaigns and products as required, including but not limited to the following for each campaign:– Agency strategy, planning, production, management, coordination, execution and reporting:– Annual strategy and execution plan, including creative strategies– Comprehensive work plans for each campaign, program or event– Timeline development and milestone tracking– Coordination and trafficking of assets to other GC contractors or sub–contractors (e.g. for testing, production, evaluation or to link from other campaign elements, etc.)– Budget planning, monitoring, invoicing and reconciliation– Evaluation of XM activities based on intended objectives by campaign (2) The contract period will be for one year.
