(1) Vendor needs to provide remove and replace existing media service to the government authority located in Pomona, NY.– Lump Sum price to remove and replace media at the two carbon absorbers.– Replacement media shall consist of 50% carbon and 50% potassium permanganate for each absorber.– Total estimated quantities for each absorber are 450 pounds of carbon and 450 pounds of potassium permanganate.– Media to be installed in layers with carbon on the bottom and potassium permanganate the top layer.– Labor Rate for Repairs ($/Man/Hour), Regular Work Hours 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
