Emporia State University is seeking proposals from qualified executive search firms to provide executive recruitment services for two leadership positions: Vice President for Enrollment Management and Student Success, and Provost. The selected firm will provide comprehensive services including search planning, position development, candidate recruitment, screening, evaluation, search committee support, and reference verification. The contract term begins upon award and continues through the completion of the searches.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must have demonstrated experience recruiting senior leaders in higher education
Must have the ability to attract a strong and diverse pool of candidates
Must provide position-specific pricing for each search
Must provide a combined price for the complete engagement if proposing for both searches
Must submit a Tax Clearance Certificate from the Kansas Department of Revenue
Must submit a signed Certification regarding Immigration Reform and Control Form
Must submit a Certification of Company Not Currently Engaged in the Procurement or Obtainment of Certain Equipment, Services, or Systems
Must provide four references from recent, comparable executive search engagements
