(1) Vendor needs to provide executive coaching and strategic consulting services to the government authority located in Washington, DC. – Provide specialized Executive Coaching and strategic consulting services. – Provide a high-level, confidential partnership aimed at strengthening the Director’s capacity to navigate complex political and economic landscapes, drive organizational transformation, and maintain resilience in a high-stakes environment. – Combines academic rigor with real-world application, cutting-edge performance psychology, practitioner expertise, and innovative methodology to deliver high-quality Executive Coaching. – Use research-based methodology that goes beyond borrowed frameworks to deliver lasting impact. – Employ immersive learning experiences to create genuine behavior change. – Present a clear history of having used positive psychology and evidence-based approaches to customize executive coaching for executive-level government officials. – Conduct an initial “Chemistry and Strategy“ meeting with the Director to establish trust, define the rules of engagement, and outline confidentiality protocols.
