(1) Vendor needs to provide exam preparation solution. – To establish one or more contracts through competitive negotiation for an online solution to support curriculums. – Provide fully developed, tested, commercially available solution that is available immediately for installation. – Provide all related software, professional services, implementation services, training, and staff for their offered solution. – Provide an executive summary of the proposed solution to include detail on the functionality/components that are included in the base resource along with detail on optional components/modules and their associated functionality. – System ability to accommodate a custom content mid-curricular assessment. (2) The contract period will be for Two years. (3) Pre-bid meeting will be held on February 2, 2026.
