This initiative aims to support outreach and communication needs by promoting events and delivering marketing and informational materials to various communities and potential members within selected carrier routes.

The scope of services includes end-to-end EDDM operations, encompassing campaign planning, geographic targeting with EDDM mapping tools, and the production of multi-language materials using variable data printing. The vendor will also be responsible for managing postage, securing necessary permits, arranging drop-off at designated facilities, and providing an online campaign management portal featuring interactive route mapping and post-campaign performance analytics. Additionally, finalized designs of all promotional materials are required as part of the deliverables.

The contract for these services will be for a one-year period.
