The City of Utah is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive event production services for a variety of indoor and outdoor events. The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering audio production, staging, lighting, and technical support tailored to a wide range of event types and sizes.

Audio services will require clear and balanced sound coverage suitable for both the audience size and the physical space, as well as the provision of microphones and mixing for speakers, announcements, and performances. On-site audio technicians are expected to be available throughout the event to coordinate with performers and accommodate their rider needs. Staging solutions must include appropriate platforms, safe access, steps, railings, and support for load-in and load-out, with on-site technical coordination.

Lighting services should address both performance and safety needs, delivering stage and general area lighting as required. When lighting is deployed, on-site lighting technicians are to be provided. Additionally, the vendor will be responsible for supplying all necessary power distribution and cabling for their systems unless otherwise directed. For outdoor events, contingency plans regarding wind, weather delays, and equipment protection must be included. Compliance with all City safety standards and site-specific restrictions is mandatory.
