(1) Vendor needs to provide events production services.– Provide production services for events that feature artist entertainment.– Providing production services for events that feature artist entertainment including, but not limited to staging, lighting, sound equipment, power supply and labour for various venues.– Provide a Special Event Coordinator/Manager.– Provide staff for on–site maintenance during events. – Provide staff for enforcement of park rules during events. – Provide rental tent for backstage artist hospitality if existing indoor/outdoor facility is not available.– Provide parking for their staff. – Responsible for sound checks for each performing artist and repositioning equipment as needed for each performance.– Provide for the scheduling and operation of all on–site and off–site transportation needs as it relates to artist and production services.– Provide lighting for production breakdown.– Provide artist promotional materials, links to social media, etc. to ensure adequate marketing. (2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on February 10, 2026. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 17, 2026.
