This RFP calls for events management services to support the successful delivery of a three-day workshop in Fiji. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing full conference services and accommodating participants in a safe, accessible, and professional environment with appropriate facilities.

Accommodation requirements include five standard single occupancy rooms for five individuals and sixteen standard double occupancy rooms for thirty-two individuals, with breakfast included in the daily room rate. Catering is also required, with breakfast provided alongside the lodging.

Conference facilities must be equipped to handle 35 participants seated at round tables, as well as a registration or facilitator’s table. The venue should provide a projector and screen, sound system, wireless internet access, flipcharts and markers, tables, chairs, and an appropriate seating configuration. Drinking water must be available throughout the day.
