(1) Vendor needs to provide events management service.– Agency requires a contractor to plan Events at parks and locations within the National Capital Area (NCA). – Reoccurring, regular scheduled events include, but are not limited to: Cherry Blossom Festival, Independence Day Celebration, Inauguration, and the National Symphony Orchestra concerts; which occur on Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day, the National Christmas Tree Lighting, Easter Egg Roll, Lotus and Lilly Festival, and the Fort DuPont Summer Concert Series. – In addition, there may be nonrecurring, one–time, events anytime throughout the year.
