(1) Vendor needs to provide events fireworks display service. – Provide professional aerial fireworks services for two agency–hosted events. • Event 1: – Display length: Twenty–five minutes. – Display type: Continuous aerial fireworks display with no delays or pauses between firings. – The fireworks display shall be fully synchronized to music. – Music will be broadcast via loudspeaker at the designated viewing site. – The display must be uninterrupted for the duration of the performance. – The show should be appropriate for a large–scale patriotic celebration. • Event 2: – Display Length: Ten minutes. – Display type: Continuous aerial fireworks display with no delays or pauses between firings. – The display must be continuous for full duration and visible to grandstand and fair attendees. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 17, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
