A museum in Washington is seeking a vendor to provide an integrated events and venue management system. This system must be pre-integrated with Tessitura to improve operational efficiency by connecting event management with CRM functions such as memberships and admissions.

The selected system should support the management of approximately 200 events annually, including both internal museum activities and external rental events across multiple venue spaces. Key functionalities required include comprehensive integration with Tessitura, the capability to manage event details such as invoicing, pricing and discount management, payment processing, client communications, resource allocation, and the handling of booking agreements. Additionally, the system should offer a flexible calendar feature to accommodate various types of bookings, such as university classes, one-time events, and recurring internal meetings.

The vendor will be responsible for importing existing event data and delivering comprehensive user training to Burke museum staff prior to the system launch. Post-launch, ongoing technical support must also be provided to ensure a smooth transition and continued successful operation of the new events and venue management solution.
