(1) Vendor needs to provide events and related items supplies. Provide event services for various events hosted across the district, including Balloon Art, Face Painting, Photo Booth Services, Photography and Videography Services, Sign Art, DJ Services, AV and Tech Support, Wellness Experience, Miscellaneous Event Party Services, and Signage Art (e.g., event banners, posters, etc.). (2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 23, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
