A vendor is sought to provide comprehensive operational support services for large-scale events and experiences in New York. The selected provider will address critical aspects of event operations including crowd flow management, venue ingress and egress, capacity objectives, and ensuring emergency access requirements are met. The vendor must ensure that the location, quantity, and code compliance of all temporary facilities are aligned with the needs of anticipated crowds at each location, thereby delivering a seamless guest experience.

The scope of services encompasses parking and transportation coordination, entry and racing operations, security, temporary infrastructure setup, hospitality, broadcast and media operations, sponsorship activations, wayfinding, merchandise, as well as food and beverage provisions. Responsibilities include developing and managing detailed installation plans that account for labor, insurance, and union compliance, collaborating on robust wayfinding systems, and overseeing on-site delivery and installation of temporary infrastructure. The vendor will also collaborate with stakeholders to finalize occupancy strategies, compile and manage a list of qualified suppliers and firms for competitive bidding, develop and refine budgets, and create procurement and installation timelines.

Additionally, the vendor will contribute to event concept development, utilizing various site areas for activities such as major music festivals, sporting events, and car shows. The initial contract period will be for three years.
