Vendor needs to provide events and experience floral design services. Provide comprehensive floral solutions to meet the requirements of events hosting 20 to 500 attendees on an as-needed basis. Provide premium sourcing as well as the custom creation of all event florals, installations, centerpieces, and decorative accents. Collaborative planning with the client to develop a cohesive floral design concept that aligns with the event vision, brand, budget, and venue requirements. Sourcing, preparation, and handcrafted creation of all approved floral arrangements and installations in a professional studio environment. Coordinated transportation, precise placement, and professional installation of all floral elements at the event venue. Dedicated on-site management to maintain, refresh, and reposition floral arrangements throughout the event duration. Professional dismantling, removal, and cleanup of all floral installations and related decor at event conclusion. Provide flowers on a nationwide basis. The contract period will be for two years.
